AMA Risk Management Workshop

AMA-chartered clubs and promoters must complete the AMA Risk Management Workshop at least every two years to maintain AMA sanction eligibility.

This requirement can be met by either attending an AMA Risk Management Workshop (held by the AMA periodically throughout the year) or by viewing the online presentation and returning a signed Affidavit of Review to the AMA.

If you sanction competition events only

• View parts 1, 2 and 4 of the presentation; part 3 is optional
• Print and sign the Affidavit of Review (PDF)
• Return completed affidavit to the AMA by mail, or fax to (614) 856-1921

If you sanction recreational events only

• View parts 1, 3 and 4 of the presentation; part 2 is optional
• Print and sign the Affidavit of Review (PDF)
• Return completed affidavit to the AMA by mail, or fax to (614) 856-1921

If you sanction both competition and recreational events

• View all parts of the presentation
• Print and sign the Affidavit of Review (PDF)
• Return completed affidavit to the AMA by mail, or fax to (614) 856-1921
